Curving waves, deep blue and vermillion red to offset the white. The idea of pop art emerges intensely in this marine collection that blends the rigidity of Plexiglas with the underworld teeming with life. Unique blue opal cabochons rise against a background of diamond-cut plates with a galvanic polish of the jewellery. Red artificial coral cabochons fill with colour and light the diamond-cut, gold-plated sterling silver frameworks on which they are embedded. It is a marine nature festival - the joyful play of the seahorses, starfish and fishes merrily lying on white coral beds and cobalt Plexiglas. This is Misis Art.
