If for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, you can decide to return the items you purchased to us AT OUR EXPENSE! To request the replacement of the products, simply make the Return Request by clicking here, within 10 days from receiving the order, specifying the reason for the return and the desired compensation: colour change, item change or refund. Once we have received the return request, we will send you a confirmation by email with the waybill to be printed and applied to the package. We will take care of anything else without any additional expense from your side. The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to Misis.
